Background
Bradley has always had an entrepreneurial mindset, finding creative ways to build businesses from a young age. Whether it was starting a band, running a creative agency, or organising large field events, his natural ability to connect people and resources allowed him to bring ambitious ideas to life.

Determined to refine his skills, Bradley pursued a degree in Event Management in Manchester, where he earned a First-Class Honours and was awarded Student of the Year. This recognition led him to deliver events for the university across Europe and China, making him one of the few students entrusted with such opportunities. His talent for project management and strategic thinking set him apart, proving that he could not only plan but also execute high-profile events on an international stage.

After graduating, Bradley moved to London, stepping into the fast-paced world of event production at a startup agency within a larger group of established event companies. This unique setup gave him the best of both worlds: exposure to seasoned multi-award- winning entrepreneurs while also navigating the challenges of a small, agile startup. As part of a three-person team, he helped deliver global conferences, AGMs, touring European exhibitions, and major brand activations for clients such as New Look, Pizza Express, Danone, Dropbox, WWE, and Hasbro. The role sharpened his ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and deliver high-pressure projects on tight deadlines—skills that would later become invaluable in property development.

After years of working in high-profile events, Bradley took a sabbatical to travel the world with his partner, Kate. But life had a different plan. When his mum, Hazel, was diagnosed with cancer, he returned to England to support his parents and manage their growing property portfolio.

Until then, Bradley’s expertise had been in business, project management, and strategy— but stepping onto the building site was a whole new challenge. Starting from the ground up, he picked up a paintbrush and got hands-on with renovations, learning joinery, property maintenance, and development under the guidance of Alan, who passed down decades of experience. This real-world education, combined with his existing management and business skills, provided Bradley with a well-rounded foundation in property development.

Seeing the potential in what his family had built, Bradley formalised their passion into a business: The Hazel Company. Now, as Director and Project Manager, he works closely with investors to source properties, conduct financial projections, and oversee renovations from start to finish. His unique combination of practical experience, business acumen, and strategic thinking allows him to advise investors on how to take on property projects with confidence and build profitable property portfolios.
